Educational Consultancy Association of Nepal (ECAN) has elected Bishnu Hari Pandey as its new Chairman. As per the vote count which concluded this morning, Pandey defeated his closest rival Saroj Kumar Basnet by 12 votes, according to ECAN's outgoing Chair Prakash Pandey. The National Examinations Board (NEB) has determined the exam centres for the Class 11 and 12 examinations.
