'Constitution pursues goal of establishing socialism-oriented nation’

 National Assembly (NA) Chairperson Ganesh Prasad Timilsina said today’s foremost need is to fully implement the present constitution in a way to give general public a feeling of change. 
In a message of best wishes delivered on the occasion of the Constitution Day, he insisted the need for full execution of the constitution to materialize the slogan ‘Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali. 
While imparting message to all sisters and brothers at home and abroad, he said the Nepal Constitution has guaranteed citizens’ political, economic social and cultural rights. 
“The federal parliament has formulated all necessary laws to implement the constitutionally guaranteed fundamental rights. Now they are in the process of implementation”, the message reads.
