JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervision of the accounts of companies maintained at Corporate Office, provide regular Management Information Reports duly verified to the ED with analytical observations, suggestions and recommendations.
  • Verification and authentication of day to day transactions of all the group companies and management of books of accounts maintained at the corporate office, including of verification and passing of all regular bills of Corporate Office.
  • Management of Cash Flow of Corporate Office requirements.
  • Overall supervision and control of business units directly under the control of the ED.
  • Coordinate with bankers, financial institutions, business associates, government and non government organizations, and service providers on legal, finance and technical aspects.
  • Review of reports from various group companies to provide critical analysis of the same.
  • Monitor the filing of Income Tax Returns, compliances for Tax Audits, handling Tax Scrutiny cases and Tax Planning for each Company, Individuals and for the group.
  • Fund management and cash flow planning and investment of surplus funds.
  • Compliances with Company Law, secretarial work of the companies and filing of returns.10
  • Maintain all statutory company law records like minute books, registers, share certificates and correspondence files.
  • Ensure that the Board Meeting and AGM are held in timely manner.
  • You would also be responsible to oversee the registrations, renewals and compliances with the Director of Industries Department for all the business units.
  • Have the Statutory Audits completed and resolve audit queries.
  • Monitoring and checking of reconciliations of all Bank accounts.
  • Be aware of Government regulations effecting the businesses and compliances of the same.
  • Develop internal control procedures and conduct special audits at units as and when required.
  • New Projects feasibility studies financing and planning.
  • Overview of the major investments of the group like in banks, insurance, cements etc.
  • Analysis of reports received from group companies like Brij Cement/ Arghakhachi Cement etc.
  • Be able to handle diverse business situations with confidence and maturity.
  • Supervision of monthly reconciliations of all accounts and its Report to the top Management.
  • Review investments in Equity.
  • Review investments in equity and debtors look into its return; make short term and long term plan with an objective to maximize Return on Investment.
  • All MIS reports on accounts and finance will be routed through you.
  • You will take up any other work assigned to you as and when required.
