By Bishal Deep Basnet on Jul 13,2018 - 15:42

An earthquake measuring 4.1 on the Richter scale has been felt in Bajura today.

The tremor with its epicenter around east of Kolti, Budhinanda Municipality in the northern belt of the district occurred at 8:58 am today, a seismologist at the Seismological Centre, Chintan Timsena, said.

However, nothing can be determined from this though. Following the facts, this is the 2nd earthquake in a few weeks. And we all should always be cautious of something like this.

A prediction cannot be made on earthquakes but all we can say is you should always be ready for a disaster. Panic is the leading cause of harm during earthquakes. So, you should always be ready for an earthquake. In case of an earthquake, stay calm, and follow what you must do.
