Chairman of National News Agency (RSS), Harihar Adhikari (Shyamal), insisted on the need of quality of the RSS news service.
During his inspection at the RSS Pokhara-based Gandaki Province Office Saturday, he directed the Rss staffs to give propriety to the manufacturing and dissemination of investigative news covering a varied range of the society to make RSS stuffs worth reading.
He took the time to share with a plan envisaged for the utilization of land belonging to the office.
He pledged to take all possible efforts to strengthening RSS province offices and to further increase their efficiency as per the need of time.
The chairman called on province minister for economic affairs and planning Kiran Gurung and minister for internal affairs and law Hari Bahadur Chuman today itself and apprised them of RSS existing service delivery system and future plans.
He pledged the RSS full support to the dissemination of news about activities of the province, highlighting the need of close ties between the province government and the RSS.
On the occasion, Ministers said the government s activities are in line with the federal setup, expressing hope that relations between the RSS and the government would further grow in the days ahead.

The NPU has sent a memorandum to the PM through acting Chief District Officer Lokraj Bohara asking the PM to initiate in the search for journalist Khadka.
