Agni Incorporated, the official distributor of Mahindra cars in Nepal has now launched the Mahindra XUV300 in Nepal. The Mahindra XUV 300 W4 was first unveiled in February 2019.
The Mahindra XUV300 is now available in the market at prices starting from Rs. 47.50 lakhs for the base variant. The Mahindra XUV300 is available in both petrol and diesel variants. The variants come in a 1.5L diesel and 1.2L petrol variants. The petrol engine will come with a max power of 110BHP and max torque of 200Nm. And the diesel engine will come with a max power of 115BHP and max torque of 300Nm.
The engine will come with a 6-speed transmission. The XUV300 SUV will have 3 variants and 1 optional pack. The 3 variants are W4, W6, and W8. The XUV300 optional pack variant (W8) will have an additional tech and safety features.
Airbags, ABS, brakes, transmission, LED tail lamps, 4 power windows, etc are available in all the variants.
An electric version of the XUV300 is also on the works and is expected to come out next year. Along with that, an automatic transmission is also in the works. Mahindra Electric, codename S210, will be one of Mahindra's early electric models. However, Mahindra's Electric is rumored to be cheaper than its competition in the market.
The new XUV300 carries forward the characteristics of the XUV500 with its cheetah-inspired design and advanced technology features. The XUV300 ‘s headlamps integrate with the fog lamps forming a Cheetah-like tear-duct, while the pronounced wheel arches are inspired from the muscular haunches of the Cheetah.
Furthermore, its dual-LED DRLs and LED tail lamps, give the upcoming SUV from a Mahindra signature style.
The XUV300 gets a host of creature comforts and safety features right from the base model like – dual airbags, ABS, disc brakes on all four wheels, 6 Speed Transmission, LED tail lamps, all 4 Power windows, and more, are standard across all variants. The XUV300 also features a couple of firs-in-segment features like Dual-zone Fully Automatic Climate Control & Front Parking Sensors, in addition to features like 7 airbags, dual LED daytime running lamps, and premium interior for the top-end model.

Two Indian nationals climbing the Kanchanjungha peak, the third highest peak of the world, have died while another one disappeared in course of climbing the mountain. The Indian nationals who died are Kuntal Karar and Biplav Baidya, said Dinesh Acharya from Tourism Department, adding that they were climbing the mountain from Peak Promotion agency.
