The police arrested a cadre of the banned Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) led by Netra Bikram Chand from Chhedagadh municipality-12 in Jajarkot district on Tuesday night. Kailash Pun, in-charge of the municipality, has been kept at the district police office, and investigations are ongoing, said the police.
